One Photo is a loose-leaf book and, at the same time, an exhibition contained within a box. It is an ongoing investigation into the value and meaning of a single photograph. The box includes a text volume that brings together my Substack writings, along with 30 photographs (30 × 1 photo). The images were all taken at the same location on different days. Each photograph is paired with a text composed of a newspaper headline drawn from two Dutch newspapers: NRC Handelsblad and de Volkskrant.

The work reflects on our daily lives in a world marked by constant chaos.
